BALFOUR CHARGED IN HUDSON FAMILY MURDERS
THE FACTS
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that William Balfour has been charged with the killings of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and young nephew.

For a minute there, I was beginning to worry they didn’t have a case, but fortunately, the deaths of Jennifer Hudson’s family will not go unpunished. Julia Hudson’s estranged husband William Balfour has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion in the slayings of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and 7-year-old Julian King, according to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton.
I don’t know whether or not he’ll get the death penalty, but I’m almost certain killing a 7-year-old boy warrants a trip to the seventh circle of hell.

I just hope that they have the right person and if anyone else is involved, that they will be arrested and charged right away. J.Huds brother was not a saint, so there is no telling what really happened.
I don’t think he acted alone. How can you shoot someone and the other person doesn’t hear the gun go off and run or help the other person? Something here just doesn’t seem right to me.
The way his mother is acting I would think she knows something….She stands firm in her conviction when she says her son is innocent…
This is another OJ type scenario if he didn’t do it he sure as hell knows who did!!!!
I think that whether or not the culprit acted alone is relevant. The fact remains there are 3 people who senslessly have lost their lives; one of whom was surely an innocent victim and had hardly begun his. I truly, truly feel for Ms. Hudson & the millions of others who have lost someone they love, & pray everyday for us all, I do not wish to proclaim anyone’s innocence or guilt; I just wanted to voice my opinion on how much every thing in this entire world has changed, it is such a shame that there are very few people that can walk the streets safely; not alone being safe in you own home, with the home invasions & other nonsense the one place you should be able to go to & be safe is at home. We used to be a country of strength, self pride & I miss those days of the “Doin’ it in the park” concerts & having barbecues & block parties within the community. Now we are lucky if we can live to see 40 years of age.

HE! Is There anyway to make him understand what he did, was in that person(himself) that conflicted with people that would never think about hurting others. People are suppose to get people like him out of their lives.You can not be nice to seeds like him. He had planned this, and waited for a next time to get pissed off. Fry him 3X.
Whether he acted alone is relevant because if other people were in involved, they also need to be held accountable.
If Balfour’s mother knew he is guilty and lied for him, then she’s despicable and the reason he is such a nothing man.
