ERYKAH BADU PREGNANT

Usweekly.com reports that Erykah Badu confirmed that she is pregnant with her third child while performing at the Austin City Festival in Texas.

A few months back rumors circulated that Erykah Badu was pregnant again. Photos showing a plumper Badu surfaced online shortly thereafter. The soul singer was then met with somewhat of an online backlash from some people who felt her bearing another child out of wedlock from a third father was setting a bad example. Badu hit back on the site Okayplayer telling critics to “Kiss her placenta.” At the time she didn’t confirm that she was in fact pregnant, however.
Badu is now confirming the news, though a rep declined to reveal the father’s identity to Usweekly.com. Her first son, Seven, was born in 1997. The father is Andre 3000. She gave birth to her second child, daughter Puma in 2004.
