The St. Petersburg Times reports that a Florida photographer has filed a million dollar lawsuit against Chris Brown and Rihanna.

You know you’re in love when you’re sharing joint lawsuits. Luis Santana says thanks to Chrianna he had his camera stolen and he caught a beat down for simply trying to take a pic of the two together.

He wants $1 million in damages over a broken $3,000 camera. I guess he feels he needs the other money to cope with being tackled to the ground.

Members of the paparazzi seem to be annoying as hell, but when are celebrities going to learn the second you touch them you owe them a check?

Chris Brown says he can beat Usher in a dance-off. 

THE SPIN
Singersroom quotes the hyperactive R&B singer saying: “Usher is a good dancer and he’s a great guy but when it comes to dancing I think I’m better.”

Although Usher has been dancing like someone’s out-of-shape Uncle lately, I still think he’s a much more fluid dancer than Chris Brown. Chris Brown tends backflip for three minutes and spin around like he’s having a seizure in a given performance. Not to say he can’t dance, because he can, but he needs to absorb humility as quick as he does a new routine.

Besides, the idea of watching Chris Brown and Usher try to out Michael Jackson each other makes me want to step on my own foot.

While performing in Sidney, Australia last week, Rihanna nearly collapsed on stage. 

THE SPIN
Is Rihanna sick? Is it morning sickness? Did Beyonce conjure up a voodoo spell to put Rihanna on her back while she prepares to promote her new album? Those are just three of the several rumors that have resulted after word Rihanna nearly collapsed on stage last week.

But according to Rihanna’s people, she just needed some Ozarka (or Dasani, Aquafina, Nestle, or whatever your brand of preference is).

A rep for Rihanna told E!: “It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna’s set was over, she went off stage to sit down, catch her breath and have some water. She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow.”
