Ciara talked about her alter ego, Super C, in an interview with Right On! 

THE SPIN
I don’t think artists realize just how crazy they sound when they talk about having an alter ego. But, hey, Ciara wants to join in on the fun of multi-personality disorder, and who are we not to indulge and/or mock her for it.

About her alter ego, Super C, Ciara told Right On!: “Super C doesn’t hold back. She is definitely aggressive. She goes hard. Super C can do some magical and funky things. She works hard. She dances to the 10th power. She does everything to the 10th power.”

Super C sounds like she needs her own animated series. We’ll get to hear more of ‘Super C’ once Ciara’s new album, Fantasy Ride, drops in January.

Ciara dismissed rumors that she objected to Beyonce’s “If I Were A Boy” amid claims it steals from her song, “Like A Boy.”

THE SPIN
Despite claims of a pending rift between the two, Ciara isn’t worried about Beyonce’s song. Nor should she be: She needs to get her own single on the charts.

Anyway, while sitting down with Hot 97’s Angie Martinez, Ciara dismissed rumors she was pissed saying, “I choose not to get into the craziness of it. It’s definitely a different record and the same concept. I respect her and I think she’s an amazing performer.”

She went on to add, “The actual song is real. As women we go through it. Both her and I have ran into each other at different times and every time there’s love and respect and I just choose to keep it that way.”
